Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How can I place an order?

Send us a message through the Bimparts Facebook page or Viber (0917) 108 6412. Please provide your name, your car's VIN#, and the list of parts that you wish to order.

What are your payment options?

We accept payments through GCASH and Bank Deposit to our BDO Account. We will process your order only once proof of payment is sent.

How can I claim my orders?

We will send you a confirmation message once your items are ready for pickup. Pickups may be done personally or through your preferred courier (Lalamove, Grab, etc). Booking and payment will be c/o buyer.

We also deliver outside Metro Manila via AP Cargo or LBC.

*If claiming through a courier, please note that delays may occur due to factors that are beyond our control. In such instances, please contact your chosen courier directly.

Do you do repairs and/or installations?

No, we do not.

Do you also sell parts for other European cars?

Yes! While we mainly carry BMW and Mini parts, we can also supply parts for Porsche, Volkswagen Mercedes Benz, and Audi. However please note that there may be a 2-6 week waiting period for these parts as we normally do not keep them on stock.
